⏱️ How long does this take?

5-7 business days after render approval. We send you a detailed render by email first, so you see exactly how your logo will look before we manufacture. You can request unlimited edits at no cost. If you love it, we start production. If you don't, you can get a refund before we begin manufacturing.

📦 How fast is shipping?

1-5 days depending on your location. East coast gets hats in 1-2 days, West coast in 2-3 days. Shipping is FREE on orders over $99 via FedEx.

🎨 Is the preview what I'll get?

It's a close preview, and the render is the final word. The proof you built is attached to your order. After you order, we convert your design to CAD and email you a detailed render showing exactly how it will look on the hat. Unlimited edits included, no charge. Nothing is made until you approve it.

🔩 Will I feel the bolts on my head?

Most people don't. Nuts are smooth on the back and not sharp in any way. Low positioned bolts are covered by the sweatband; high positioned bolts come away from the head due to the hat shape.

Free shipping on orders over $99 in the US and Canada via FedEx. East coast 1–2 days, West coast 2–3 days after manufacturing. Manufacturing takes up to 10 business days after render approval.
Duties & Tariffs
No tariff bills upon delivery for US and Canada orders, guaranteed. International orders may be subject to local import taxes owing upon delivery.
