The YP Classics 6606 is a structured, mid-profile, six-panel trucker cap with a classic shape and breathable mesh back. Its firm front panels provide a clean backdrop for your custom logo badge, while the mesh panels help keep the hat comfortable throughout the day.
Each hat features a pre-curved Permacurv® visor and an adjustable snapback closure, allowing wearers to customize the fit. The standard polyester and cotton blend combines everyday comfort with a professional appearance.

5-7 business days after render approval. We send you a detailed render by email first, so you see exactly how your logo will look before we manufacture. You can request unlimited edits at no cost. If you love it, we start production. If you don't, you can get a refund before we begin manufacturing.
📦 How fast is shipping?
1-5 days depending on your location. East coast gets hats in 1-2 days, West coast in 2-3 days. Shipping is FREE on orders over $99 in the US and Canada via FedEx.
🎨 Can I see how my logo will look?
Absolutely. After you order, we convert your logo to CAD and create a detailed render showing exactly how it will look on the hat. We email you the render before manufacturing. Unlimited edits included, no charge. You're in complete control before we make anything.
🔩 Will I feel the bolts/rivets on my head?
Depends on the style. Most hats come away from the head after the initial headband, so you almost never feel anything. If you're concerned about comfort, choose the rivet option — rivets sit completely flat and smooth against your head.
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on orders over $99 in the US and Canada via FedEx. East coast 1–2 days, West coast 2–3 days after manufacturing. Manufacturing takes up to 10 business days after render approval.
Duties & Tariffs
No tariff bills upon delivery for US and Canada orders, guaranteed. International orders may be subject to local import taxes owing upon delivery.

After ordering, we convert your logo to CAD and engrave or cut your badge using industrial lasers. You'll receive a detailed render by email before we manufacture — unlimited revisions at no cost.
