The Flexfit 6277 is a structured, mid-profile, six-panel fitted cap made from a comfortable polyester, cotton and spandex blend. Its wool-like fabric gives it a clean, professional appearance, while the built-in Flexfit stretch band provides a secure and comfortable fit without an adjustable snapback closure.

Depends on the style. Most hats come away from the head after the initial headband, so you almost never feel anything. If you're concerned about comfort, choose the rivet option — rivets sit completely flat and smooth against your head. Zero chance of feeling them.
